The self-serviced options are often cheaper and are privately owned apartments in residential buildings - made available for long stay visitors and corporate relocations.
For the self-serviced options - cleaning utensils are provided however it is the responsibility of the tenant to attend to the cleaning of the apartment during their stay - Also a departure cleaning fee is added to the cost of the rental
