Weekly rates include weekly house-keeping service.

Long Stay Booking, Charge and cancellation Policy:

• A minimum stay of 3 months (90 nights) is require to book at the rates shown above.
• A non-refundable Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at time of booking.
• The cost of the remaining 90% of the first week will be charged at check-in.
• The balance of stay will be payable weekly in advance.
• These amounts, once charged are not refundable if the stay is cancelled or shortened for any reason.
• If the booking is cancelled or shortened within 7 days of booked arrival, the cost of the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee. This amount is on top of the 10% deposit.
• Once the 90 nights has lapsed, 7 days notice is required to shorten the stay to avoid further charges.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the above conditions have been accepted.

Optional Extras

• Extra Guests: Rates are for up to the number of guests indicated. Add A$70 per week for one extra guest using Sofa Bed. An infant cot can be provided at A$70 per week.
• Internet: High speed internet is provided by an external provider which can be set up once you arrive. Daily rates are approx A$29; Weekly rates are A$70 per week (1.5Gb data per month). Credit card security required and payment in advance.
• Breakfast: Continental Breakfast a la Carte starts at A$10/person.
• Disabled Access: The property has disable access
• Reception: opens at 6 am till 10 pm. Check-in outside of these hours can be arranged.
