Annam Apartments is a recently built apartment hotel that offers good long stay, self contained apartment accommodation in Potts Point.

Rates are based on a minimum stay of 28 nights.

Weekly rates include weekly house-keeping service.

Long Stay Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

• A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
• This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
• The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel weekly in advance during your stay.
• Cancellation within 7 days or booked arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 7 nights cost.
• Rates a based on the length of stay, with a 7 night minimum.
• A shortened stay may be billed at a higher rate.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.

Optional Extras and Additional Information

• Extra Guest: Rates are for the number of guests noted. An extra guest can be accommodated in existing bedding for $21. A rollaway bed can be provided for an extra guest at $30/night.
• Internet: Free wireless internet is available in guest rooms and public areas of the hotel.
• Parking: Car Parking (Car Stacker) is available for A$15 /day.
• Reception Hours: Reception is open from 9 am till 9 pm, everyday - additional cost applies for check-in after 9 pm.
