Extended Stay Booking, Charge and cancellation Policy:

A 28 night minimum stay is required to achieve the long stay rates shown above.
A non-refundable Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at time of booking.
This amount is not refundable and not transferrable to other nights of the stay if the stay is cancelled or shortened for any reason.
The cost of the remaining 90% of the first 7 nights will be charged at check-in.
The balance of stay will be payable weekly in advance.
If the booking is cancelled or shortened within 7 days of booked arrival, the cost of the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee.
This amount is on top of the 10% deposit.
If the stay is reduced to less than 28 nights a higher nightly rate will be applied retrospectively to nights stayed.
Once the 28 nights has lapsed, 7 days notice is required to shorten the stay to avoid further charges.

Optional Extras

Parking: Parking is available at A$10 per night.
Credit Card Fees: Payments made at the hotel may attract a credit card surcharge.
Internet: Broadband Internet is available in the rooms from $12.94. per hour or $24.95/day or $99.95 per week.
Extra Guests: All the above rates are for the number of guests shown. Rollaway bed can be included in the 1 & 2 Bedroom apartments - extra A$50/night. Baby's cot can be supplied for A$5/night.
