The apartments are located close to the Circular Quay end of Kent Street, nearby the financial, banking and business sector of Sydney's CBD. As the hotel is located within walking distance of the Sydney bases of many international corporate headquarters, Trafalgar apartments is a practical short-term lodging choice for corporate relocations to Sydney.
A range of open plan studios, one and two bedroom apartments, all with kitchen facilities, self-contained laundries and balcony, cater well to the extended stay traveller.
For further comfort the hotel has indoor guest pool, gym and sauna. Apartments provide housekeeping serviced weekly as well as the cost of utilities such as water and electricity included in the weekly rate. Rates are as a guide only and may vary depending on the length of stay and time of year.
Weekly rates include weekly house-keeping service.
Long Stay Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:
- A 90 night minimum stay is required to achieve the long stay rates shown above.
- A non-refundable Deposit equal to the first 90 nights will be charged at the time of reservation.
- The cost of the remaining balance is payable monthly in advance.
- If the booking is cancelled or shortened once the booking is made, the first 90 nights remain non refundable.
- If the stay is reduced to less than 90 nights a higher nightly rate will be applied retrospectively to nights stayed.
- Once the 90 nights has lapsed, 7 days notice is required to shorten the stay to avoid further charges.
- By proceeding with the booking it is understood these conditions have been accepted.
Optional Extras
- Extra bedding: Sofa bed must be requested at time of booking Add A$70/week for one extra guest using Sofa Bed. A cot can be provided at A$70/night.
- Internet: High speed internet is provided by a third party from approx A$10/day and connections costs.
- Parking: Car parking is not available at this property.
