Rates are based on a minimum stay of 14 nights.

Rates are as a guide only and may vary depending on the length of stay and time of year.

Weekly rates include weekly house-keeping service.

Long Stay Booking, Charge and cancellation Policy:

• There will be a non refundable deposit of 10% of the booked stay charged by M-Power Accommodation at the time of booking.
• The remaining 90% cost of the stay will by charged by the Apartments at time of check-in.
• If the booking is cancelled more than 15 days prior to booked arrival, the 90% balance of the first night will also be charged
• If the booking is cancelled or shortened within 14 days of booked arrival or the guest fails to show for the booking, then 100% of the booked stay will be forfeited.
• By making a booking it is understood you accept these conditions.
• M-Power Accommodation strongly recommends comprehensive Travel Insurance to cover losses due to unforeseen circumstances.

Optional Extras

• Extra Guest: Add A$35 per person per night for the use of the sofa bed in a One Bedroom Apartment. A Infant Cot can be provided at approx A$10/night.
• Internet: A modem may be rented from the hotel reception for high-speed internet at a cost of A$20/day. Weekly hire on request.
• Balcony: All one bedroom apartments have balconies. Only some Studio Apartments have balconies, no guarantee can be made that a Studio Apartment will have a balcony.
• Credit Card Fees: The following Credit Card surcharge: American Express - 3.5%; Visa and MasterCard A$1.65%. No fee for cash payments or EFTPOS. Diners Cards are not accepted.
• Parking: The Napoleon on Kent has security entry, and limited security undercover parking, that we recommend should be booked in advance (A$25 per day).
• Bond: The hotel requires a $200 bond for all bookings to ensure against damage and breakage. This amount will be preauthorised against the credit card securing the booking and released soon after check out upon condition check of the room. If no credit card is available a $200 cash bond will be required.
