Long Stay Booking, Charge and cancellation Policy:

• A non refundable deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
• The remaining 90% of the first weeks rental payment must be made on arrival date and payments thereafter will be required a month in advance.
• Cancellations outside of 14 days of booked arrival for stays of 28 or more nights, will incur a cancellation fee equal to 90% of 3 nights accommodation.
• Cancellations within of 14 days of booked arrival for stays of 28 or more nights, will incur a cancellation fee equal to 90% of 7 nights accommodation.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.

Optional Extras

• Extra Guests: All the above rates are for up to 2 guests in Studios and 1 bedroom apartments and for 4 occupants in 2 bedroom apartments. Add A$50 per night to the above rates for rollaway bed use. An infant's cot can be provided free of charge.
• Internet: Complimentary up to 500mb limit per day.
• Parking: Secure Undercover Parking is subject to availability at A$30/night.
• Breakfast: Breakfast is available from a nearby cafe on demand. Menu items starting from A$5 A la Carte.
