Rates are as a guide only and may vary depending on the length of stay and time of year. Weekly rates include daily house-keeping service.

Long Stay Booking, Charge and cancellation Policy:

• A minimum stay of 28 nights is require to book at the rates shown above.
• A non-refundable Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at time of booking.
• The cost of the remaining 90% of the first week will be charged at check-in.
• The balance of stay will be payable weekly in advance.
• These amounts, once charged are not refundable if the stay is cancelled or shortened for any reason.
• If the booking is cancelled or shortened within 7 days of booked arrival, the cost of the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• This amount is on top of the 10% deposit.
• Once the 28 nights has lapsed, 7 days notice is required to shorten the stay to avoid further charges.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the above conditions have been accepted.

Optional Extras

• Extra Adults: One additional guest using a Sofa Bed (no extra bed in Studio Apartments) is available (costs apply) A cot can be provided (costs apply) and a Baby Bath and Baby Sitting Service are also available on request.
• Internet: Data ports are available in each room connection fee applies using your own service provider. Broadband Cable Internet is available from rooms (costs apply).
• Parking: Complimentary car parking for one car per apartment.
• Reception Hours: Reception hours are from 7am till 11pm (check-in outside of these hours cannot be arranged). Check-In: Check-in is after 2pm (luggage can be stored if your arrival is earlier than 2pm and your room is not yet available). Check-Out is before 10am (later check-out can be arranged but may involve an extra fee - speak to the hotel after check-in).
