Long Stay Booking, Charge and cancellation Policy

A 7 night minimum stay is required to qualify for long stay rates.
A non-refundable Deposit equal to the first 7 nights cost of accommodation is charged at the time of booking, and is non refundable
The cost of the remaining balance is payable weekly in advance.
These amounts, once charged are not refundable if the stay is cancelled or shortened for any reason.
By proceeding with the booking it is understood the above conditions have been accepted.
