Rates are as a guide only and may vary depending on the length of stay and time of year.
Weekly rates include weekly house-keeping service.
Long Stay Booking, Charge and cancellation Policy:
- A 28 night minimum stay is required to achieve the long stay rates shown above.
- A non-refundable Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at time of booking.
- This amount is not refundable and not transferrable to other nights of the stay if the stay is cancelled or shortened for any reason.
- The cost of the remaining 90% of the first 7 nights will be charged at check-in.
- The balance of stay will be payable weekly in advance.
- If the booking is cancelled or shortened within 7 days of booked arrival, the cost of the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- This amount is on top of the 10% deposit. If the stay is reduced to less than 28 nights a higher nightly rate will be applied retrospectively to nights stayed.
- Once the 28 nights has lapsed, 7 days notice is required to shorten the stay to avoid further charges.
Options and Additional Information
- Extra Guests: All the above rates are for up to the number indicated. Add A$50/night for one extra guest in a Rollaway Bed. Infant cots at A$5/night.
- Internet: Broadband Internet is available at approx A$29.95/24 hour period - up to 50Mb download.
- Parking: On-site security parking is available for approx A$20 per day (multiple entry).
- Breakfast: Continental breakfast is available at for A$11.50/person and Buffet Breakfast is A$15.50/person.
