Extended Stay Booking, Charge and cancellation Policy:

• Rates a based on the length of stay, with a 90 night minimum.
• Payment of the first 28 nights will be required at the time of booking, with each months rent payable in advance.
• If a stay is shortened the cost of the 3 month minimum will still apply.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the above conditions have been accepted.

Optional Extras

• Extra bedding: Sofa bed must be requested at time of booking Add A$70 per week for one extra guest using Sofa Bed irrespective of age. An infant cot can be provided at A$70/week.
• Internet: High speed internet is provided by a third party at A$70/week.
• Parking: Parking must be booked - additional charge A$70 per week applies.
