Extended Stay Booking, Charge and cancellation Policy:

• A non refundable deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
• The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel weekly in advance during your stay.
• Cancellation within 7 days or booked arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 7 nights cost.
• Rates a based on the length of stay, with a 90 night minimum.
• If a stay is shortened the cost of the 3 month minimum will still apply.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.

Optional Extras

• Extra bedding: Sofa bed must be requested at time of booking Add A$70 per week for one extra guest using Sofa Bed irrespective of age. An infant cot can be provided at A$70/week.
• Internet: High speed internet is provided by a third party at A$20 set up fee and A$10/day.
• Parking: Parking must be booked - additional charge A$25 per night applies.
