Rates are as a guide only and may vary depending on the length of stay and
time of year. Weekly rates include weekly house-keeping service.

Long Stay Booking, Charge and cancellation Policy:

• A 28 night minimum stay is required to achieve long stay rates.
• A non-refundable Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at time of booking.
• The cost of the remaining 90% of the first week will be charged at check-in
• The balance of stay will be payable weekly in advance.
• These amounts, once charged are not refundable if the stay is cancelled or shortened for any reason.
• If the stay is shortened to less than 28 nights, the higher nightly rate will be applied retrospectively to nights stayed.
• If the booking is cancelled or shortened within 7 days of booked arrival, the cost of the first night; will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• This amount is on top of the 10% deposit.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the above conditions have been accepted.

Optional Extras

• Extra Adults: A$45/night for each additional guest up to the maximum - using sofa bed or rollaway bed.
• Parking: Secure undercover valet parking (limited). Additional $35 per 24 hour period. Other parking options can be arranged. Prior notice necessary. Please note that due to Reception hours, valet service is not available between the hours of 11.00pm - 7:00am Monday - Thursday.
