Rates are as a guide only and may vary depending on the length of stay and time of year.

Weekly rates include weekly house-keeping service.

Long Stay Booking, Charge and cancellation Policy:

• A minimum stay of 28 nights is require to book at the rates shown above.
• A non-refundable Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at time of booking.
• The cost of the remaining 90% of the first 2 weeks will be charged at check-in.
• The balance of stay will be payable weekly in advance.
• These amounts, once charged are not refundable if the stay is cancelled or shortened for any reason.
• If the booking is cancelled or shortened within 3 days of booked arrival, the cost of the first week will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• This amount is on top of the 10% deposit.
• Once the 28 nights has lapsed, 7 days notice is required to shorten the stay to avoid further charges.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the above conditions have been accepted.

Optional Extras

• Extra bedding: Sofa bed must be requested at time of booking Add A$30/night for one extra guest using Sofa Bed. A cot can be provided at A$20/night.
• Internet: Broadband is available at aprox $27.50 for 24 hours. Monthly rates of $150 for 10 gig can be purchased.
• Parking: Parking is available for approx A$20/night or approx A$70/week.
• Reception hours : Mon-Thurs - 8am-9pm, Fri & Sat 8am - 10pm, Sun - 8 am - 6pm.
