The hotel has limited parking at extra cost and should be booked at the same time as your accommodation reservation is made to assure a place. Long Stay Booking, Charge and cancellation Policy:

• A deposit equal to 10% of the booked stay charged at the time of booking.
• The remaining 90% cost of the stay will by charged by the Apartments at time of check-in.
• If the booking is cancelled more than 15 days prior to booked arrival, the 90% balance of the first night will also be charged
• If the booking is cancelled or shortened within 14 days of booked arrival or the guest fails to show for the booking, or once the booking has commenced then 100% of the booked stay will be forfeited.
• By making a booking it is understood you accept these conditions.
• M-Power Accommodation strongly recommends comprehensive Travel Insurance to cover losses due to unforeseen circumstances.

Optional Extras

• Extra Adults: Add A$35 per person per night for the use of the sofa bed in a One Bedroom Apartment. Infant Cot: Can be provided at an additional cost of A$10/night
• Internet: Guest to provide own computer; high speed wireless internet connection available A$20/24 hours or connect through phone line in room, local call charges apply.
• Parking: Secure Undercover Parking for one car is available A$35 per day (limited availability)
• Check-In: Reception hours are from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm Saturdays, 9am-2pm Sundays. If Check-in is required outside of these hours special arrangements can be made.
• Bond: The hotel requires a $200 bond for all bookings to ensure against damage and breakage. This amount will be preauthorised against the credit card securing the booking and released soon after check out upon condition check of the room. If no credit card is available a $200 cash bond will be required.
