The apartments are near alternative and trendy suburbs of Glebe and Newtown while being easily accessible to the CBD, Sydney Harbour and most of Sydney's major attractions.
The Apartments offer excellent accommodation for business executives and academics with a full selection of self-contained studio apartments with kitchenette and one and two bedroom apartments with full kitchen facilities. There's also one 3 bedroom apartment. All apartments have are fully furnished with fully-equipped kitchen and internal laundries (except studios).
The apartments are air-conditioned have wireless internet access and ensuite bathrooms. Extended-stay guests also have access to an internal courtyard and outdoor swimming pool, undercover security parking and 24 hour reception.
The Apartment Hotel is only 15 minutes bus ride down Broadway to Sydney CBD and easily accessible to the inner southern and eastern suburbs of Sydney.

EXTENDED STAY WEEKLY APARTMENT RENTAL RATES
Rates are based on a minimum stay of 28 nights.

Rates are as a guide only and may vary depending on the length of stay and time of year.
Higher rates will apply during times of higher occupancy.
Weekly rates include weekly house-keeping service.
Long Stay Booking, Charge and cancellation Policy:
- A 28 night minimum stay is required to achieve the long stay rates shown above.
- A non-refundable Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at time of booking.
- The cost of the remaining 90% of the first 7 nights will be charged at check-in.
- The balance of stay will be payable weekly in advance. If the booking is cancelled or shortened within 7 days of booked arrival, the cost of the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- This amount is on top of the 10% deposit.
- If the stay is reduced to less than 28 nights a higher nightly rate will be applied retrospectively to nights stayed.
- Once the 28 nights has lapsed, 7 days notice is required to shorten the stay to avoid further charges.
Optional Extras
- Extra Guests: All rates above are for up to the number of guests shown. Add A$50/night for one extra guest in each apartment. An infant cot can be provided at A$5/night.
- Internet: Wireless Broadband is available at approx A$20/day.
- Credit Cards: A surcharge may be applied to payments made with a credit card at the hotel.
- Parking: Parking is available at $17 per night.
