The balcony apartments are on the Kent Street side of the building with district outlook and the Darling Harbour View apartments are facing west - without balcony but with opening windows.

The hotel is located on Kent Street near to Martin Place, Wynyard Station and King Street Wharf. Still within walking distance are other major places of interest like the Rocks, Circular Quay, the Sydney Opera House and Darling Harbour.

Within the nearby Darling Harbour precinct is the Sydney Convention Centre, Imax Theatre, Sydney Aquarium, Maritime Museum as well as the famous restaurant row of King Street Wharf and Cockle Bay.

Rates are based on a minimum stay of 14 nights.

Rates are as a guide only and may vary depending on the length of stay and time of year.

Weekly rates include weekly house-keeping service.

Long Stay Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

• A 14 night minimum stay at the Mantra on Kent, on long stay rates
• A non-refundable Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at time of booking.
• The cost of the remaining 90% of the first 14 nights will be charged at check-in
• The balance of stay will be payable each 7 nights in advance.
• These amounts, once charged are not refundable if the stay is cancelled or shortened for any reason.
• If the booking is cancelled or shortened within 7 days of booked arrival, the cost of the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• This amount is on top of the 10% deposit. If the stay is shortened to less than the 14 night minimum, the usual nightly rate will be charged retrospectively for nights stayed.
• Once the 14 nights has lapsed, 7 days notice is required to shorten the stay to avoid further charges.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the above conditions have been accepted.

Optional Extras

• Extra Guest: All rates for 1 or 2 Adults -- add A$40/night for use of Sofa Bed.
• Internet: Broadband $25.00 per 24 hours (400Mb) or $15 per 2 hours (200Mb) or $90 per week (1Gb). Mantra on Kent has a Monthly rate on Broadband 30 day period at $150 with 3 gig data usage.
• Breakfast: Continental Breakfast available from approx A$18/person & Full Breakfast for A$20.
• Parking: The Hotel offer nearby parking at approx A$36 per/day (unlimited entry/exit).
