New Year Eve Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

  • For stays that include any of the nights - 29th, 30th, 31st December, 2013 and 1st, 2nd January, 2014 a 2 night minimum stay applies.
  • Two charges will be made at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • Firstly, a 10% non-refundable deposit of the Total booking cost will be charged. This amount is not refundable or transferrable if the booking is cancelled, shortened or changed.
  • Secondly, the remaining 90% balance of the 31st December will also be charged at time of booking.
  • Charges made with Visa, Mastercard or EFT will incur no credit card fee. Charges made with American Express or Diners Cards will incur a service fee of 4%
  • Cancellation made more than 91 days prier to booked arrival date will forfeit the 10% deposit.
  • Cancellation or shortening or change of stay within 90 days of booked arrival will also forfeit the 90% cost of any of the night 29th, 30th, 31st December, 2013 and 1st, 2nd January, 2014 - that have been booked.
  • A contract of stay will be provided to obtain your acceptance of these conditions, and must be returned to for the booking to progress.
  • M-Power strongly recommends Travel Insurance to cover any losses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • By making a booking it is understood that this policy has been accepted.

You will also find plenty of space to spread out and store your belongings. The bedroom leads through to a lounge room with dining table and sofa beds in most apartments. Each apartment also has a separate fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. The two bedroom apartments feature two spacious double bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate a family or two couples. The bedding arrangements are flexible to suit your requirements and most apartments also have sofa beds in the lounge room… or an extra bed can be supplied if required.
  • Apartment Features: Iron, ironing boards and hair dryers provided, Non smoking rooms, Remote control colour TV, Video player available on request, Direct dial telephone / ISDN lines, Clock radio alarm, Air conditioning, Modem Cable. Booking and Cancellation Policy:

  • A 28 night minimum stay is required over the Christmas, New Year period.
  • At the time of booking a non refundable Deposit equal to 50% of the Total Cost will be charged.
  • If the booking is cancelled more than 7 days and less than 30 days prior to booked arrival a further 25% will be charged as cancellation fee.
  • If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of booked arrival, 100% of the booked stay will be charged as cancellation fee.
  • If the stay is shortened, the 28 night minimum nights will be charged.
  • Once paid, these amounts are non refundable if booking is cancelled or shortened for any reason.
