Low Season Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

• A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
• This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
• The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay
• Cancellations within 48 hours of booked arrival will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.

Terms and Conditions

• Extra Adults: Add A$30/night for all additional guests up to the maximum. Use of Sofa bed A$30/night (regardless of age)
• Infants: Infant cot A$30/night (regardless of age)
• Disabled / Wheelchair Rooms: This property has no rooms which are designated disabled friendly.
• Cleaning: Daily maid service is included in the tariff. Weekly rates include weekly servicing.
• Internet: A high speed wireless internet service is available in the hotel for approx A$13/hour or A$25/day. There is also an Internet cafe.
• Meals: Two cafe are located in the building and serve a la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.
• Parking: Parking is available for approx A$25/day (multi entry).
• Transfers: Public shuttles operate from the airport and cost approx A$10/person each way. A taxi from the airport to the hotel will cost up to approx A$40.
• Location: The Goldsbrough is located at 243 Pyrmont St Darling Harbour, Sydney.
• Reception Hours: Hotel Reception is open 6am to 10pm however check-in is available 24 hrs a day.
• Check-In: Check-in is guaranteed after 2pm and check-out is required by 10 am.
