Long Stay Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

• A minimum stay of 12 weeks (84 nights) is require to book at the rates shown above.
• A non-refundable Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at time of booking.
• The cost of the remaining 90% of the first month will be charged at check-in
• The balance of stay will be payable monthly in advance.
• These amounts, once charged are not refundable if the stay is cancelled or shortened for any reason.
• If the booking is cancelled or shortened within 30 days of booked arrival, the cost of the first week will be charged as a cancellation fee. This amount is on top of the 10% deposit.
• Once the 12 weeks (84 nights) has lapsed, 7 days notice is required to shorten the stay to avoid further charges.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the above conditions have been accepted.

Optional Extras and Conditions:

• Extra Adults: Add A$44 per night for use of Sofa Bed
• Infants: A cot can be provided at A$20/night
• Cleaning: Weekly Rates include weekly maid service
• Reception: Opened between 6 am and 10 pm. Check-in outside of these hours can be arranged
• Parking: Parking Available for A$25 per day
