may be required prior to keys being given upon check-in. If you have secured your own reservation with your
own credit card then this will be held as guarantee against damage and incidentals, and no cash bond will be
required.

New Year Eve Booking and Cancellation Policy:
- For stays that include any of the nights - 29th, 30th, 31st December, 2011 and 1st, 2nd January, 2012 a
3 night minimum stay applies.
- Two charges will be made at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Firstly, a 10% non-refundable deposit of the Total booking cost will be charged. This amount is not refundable
or transferrable if the booking is cancelled, shortened or changed.
- Secondly, the remaining 90% balance of this nights (31st December) will also be charged at time of booking.
- Charges made with Visa, Mastercard or EFT will incur no credit card fee. Charges made with American Express
or Diners Cards will incur a service fee of 4%
- Cancellation made more than 91 days prier to booked arrival date will forfeit the 10% deposit.
- Cancellation or shortening or change of stay within 90 days of booked arrival will also forfeit the 90%
cost of any of the night 29th, 30th, 31st December, 2011 and 1st, 2nd January, 2012 - that have been booked.
- A contract of stay will be provided to obtain your acceptance of these conditions, and must be returned
to for the booking to progress.
- M-Power strongly recommends Travel Insurance to cover any losses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.
- By making a booking it is understood that this policy has been accepted.
