Cancellations:

A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay is charged at the time of making the booking
This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason
The balance of the accommodation costs will be charged by the hotel at check-in
Cancellations with-in 48 hours of arrival will incur an additional cancellation fee equal to 1 nights accommodation cost.
