Low Season Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

• A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
• This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
• The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the property during your stay
• Cancellations within 48 hours of booked arrival will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.

Optional Extras and Conditions:

• Extra Adults: Add A$50 per night for use of the Sofa bed. (available only in Standard Apartments)
• Disabled / Wheelchair Rooms: This property has no rooms which are designated disabled friendly.
• Sofa Bed: Most Standard One and Two Bedroom Apartments have a Sofa Bed. Sofa Bed is suitable for 1 extra adult or 2 children under 8 yrs old. Sofa Bed or rollaway bed option is not available in Deluxe Apartments
  
• Rooms: Deluxe Apartments have been recently refurbished
• Parking: Free Parking for one car per apartment included in the room rate. Additional Car (subject to availability) approx A$15.50 /day.
• Internet: Dial up internet available.
• Breakfast: Breakfast at Zollies is available for approx A$25 per person.
• Location: The York is located at 5 York Street, Sydney 2000 (nearby to Wynyard Station).
