• Extra Adults: All the above rates are for the number of guests shown. Extra bed can be included at an additional $40 per night.

• Cleaning: Cleaning is included in the cost of accommodation. Long Stay discount rates include cleaning on a weekly basis.
• Internet: A$12.95 /hour, A$24.95 /day, A$99.95 /week
• Meals: There is a cafe on the premises that is open for breakfast only
• Parking: Limited Secure Parking is available at $30 per night.
• Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers. A taxi from Sydney Airport to the hotel will cost approximately A$40

• Reception Hours: Reception is open 24 hours
• Check-In: Rooms are guaranteed to be available from 2pm on the day of arrival

Booking Charge and Cancellation Policy

• A deposit equal to 10% of the full amount of the booked stay is charged by M-Power Accommodation at the time of the booking
• This amount is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or shortened for any reason
• The balance of the accommodation costs are charged by the hotel at check in
• All cancellations or amendments to the booking must be made in writing and directed to M-Power Accommodation
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booked arrival date will incur an additional charge equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation
