Optional Extras and Conditions:
- Extra Adults: Add A$30 p/night for a rollaway bed. Infant's cot can be provided at an additional $5/day
- Non Smoking: All apartments are non smoking, however all apartments have a balcony.
- Parking: Secure Underground Parking is available at approx A$12 /day.
- Internet: High Speed internet is available at extra cost.
- Reception: is open from 7am till 11pm. Guests can phone the on-site manager from reception for after hours arrivals.
Low Season Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

- A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
- This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
- The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the property during your stay
- Cancellations within 48 hours of booked arrival will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
- Rates and conditions as confirmed at the time of booking will prevail.
- By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.
