Terms and Conditions

Extra Adults: Extra person - an additional fee of $40.00 per person, per night will apply.
Infants: Children aged 0-12 years are free of charge when sharing with at least 1 adult and using existing bedding. Cots where available are provided free of charge.
Cleaning: Daily Housekeeping
Internet: Wireless Internet in all apartments
Meals: Self contained apartments for self catering. No restaurant on site but the staff are happy to recommend a huge selection of nearby restaurants and cafes with many different cuisines. Cuisine Courier and Moving Menus will deliver restaurant meals to your apartment upon ordering.
Parking: There is no car parking on-site but we have a discount agreement with "Kings Parking" which is on Sussex Street, in between King and Market Street. Just drive in and take a ticket. Reception will validate your ticket. The rate is $30.00 per 24 hour period. (The car park is not open 24 hours)
Transfers: not provided.

Low Season Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the property during your stay
Cancellations within 72 hours of booked arrival will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
Rates and conditions as confirmed at the time of booking will prevail.
By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.
