The Penthouse is a Duplex Apartment with two separate levels - spacious lounge area, designer kitchen and master bedroom with ensuite upstairs. Second Bedroom is downstairs with second ensuite bathroom. When this apartment is booked as a 3 Bedroom Penthouse Suite, the addition of an adjoining One Bedroom Suite (on the lower level), with its own ensuite bathroom and separate kitchen and living area - completes the suite. The entire 3 Bedroom Suites is separated from the hallway by a lockable external entrance.

Usual Season Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

• A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
• This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
• The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay
• Cancellations within 24 hours of booked arrival will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.

Optional Extras and Conditions:

• Cleaning: Daily Maid Service in all room types
• Extra Guests: additional persons up to maximum indicated cost A$50 per person per night
• Infants: Infants are children under 3 years of age. A cot is available free of charge
• Internet: High-Speed internet is available at approximately A$10 per hour or a maximum of A$25 for 24 hours
