Mantra 2 Bond - Booking and Cancellation Policy

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

2 charges will be made at the time of booking:
A$102 charged by the Hotel (includes 2% credit card surcharge)
10% of the fully booked stay will be charged by M-Power Accommodation

Usual Season

The Hotel will charge the balance of the accommodation 14 days prior to arrival.
A 2% credit card surcharge will be applied to this transaction.
If the booking date is within 14 days of booked arrival full prepayment will be charged at time of booking.
These charges are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or shortened for any reason

During High Season or Special Events

For bookings during High Season and Special Events the balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
A 2% credit card surcharge will be applied to this transaction.
If the booking date is within 30 days of booked arrival full prepayment will be charged at time of booking.
These charges are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or shortened for any reason.
