Extra Guests: 1 extra adult per room - sofa beds A$35 / week (minimum cost)
Cleaning: Weekly cleaning is included in the cost for all stays of 8 nights or more. Additional cleaning can be arranged.

Minimum Payment Requirements & Cancellation Policy
- A non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the fully booked stay is required to secure the booking.
- The balance of the booked accommodation costs are payable at check-in
- For bookings of less than 1 week, for cancellations within 48 hours of booked arrival date a fee equal to 90% of the 1st night will be charged.
- For bookings of 1 week or longer, for cancellations within 2 weeks of booked arrival date a fee equal to 90% of the 1st night will be charged.
Credit Card Surcharge: Payments by credit card will attract a 2% fee for Visa and MasterCard and 4% for American Express and Diners Club. Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer attract no fee.
