- Extra Adults: All room rates are for 2 adults. 1 extra single bed can be included in some room types - A$30 /night
- Cleaning: Daily tidy up service is included in the room rate. A full service after each 7 days is also provided
- Internet: Free wireless internet is available in guest rooms and public areas
- Meals: A limited room service menu is available
- Parking: Limited on-site parking is available free of charge
- Transfers: This hotel does not provide airport transfers. A taxi from the airport will take about 30 minutes and cost approximately A$30

- Reception Hours: Reception is open from 8:30am - midnight, everyday
- Deposit & Cancellations: A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. If the booking is cancelled with 48 hours of arrival an additional fee equal to 1 nights accommodation will be charged. The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs are payable to the hotel on arrival
