- Cleaning: Daily tidy up service is included in the room rate. A full service after each 7 days is also provided

- Transfers: This hotel does not provide airport transfers. A taxi from the airport will take about 30 minutes and cost approximately A$40
- Reception Hours: Reception is open from 9am till 9pm, everyday - additional cost applies for check-in after 9pm
- Deposit & Cancellations: A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. If the booking is cancelled with 48 hours of arrival an additional fee equal to 1 nights accommodation will be charged. The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs are payable to the hotel on arrival
