The Seventeen Serviced Apartments are located in the popular Sydney Eastern Suburb of Elizabeth Bay and an easy walk to Kings Cross Railway Station.

The accommodation offered consists of fully furnished One Bedroom Apartments and Two Bedroom Apartments with separate sleeping areas, fully equipped kitchens and lounge area.

The apartments are within easy reach of Woolloomooloo, Rushcutters Bay and about a 30 minute walk or quick train ride to Sydney's city centre.

The Seventeen Serviced Apartments offer good value for money accommodation for your stay in Sydney.

One Bedroom Apartments

One bedroom apartments at "Seventeen" can contain either one king size, one queen size or two single beds to suit your needs. You will also find plenty of space to spread out and store your belongings. The bedroom leads through to a lounge room with dining table and sofa beds in most apartments. Each apartment also has a separate fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom.

Two Bedroom Apartments

The two bedroom apartments feature two spacious double bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate a family or two couples. The bedding arrangements are flexible to suit your requirements and most apartments also have sofa beds in the lounge room... or an extra bed can be supplied if required.

Each apartment has a separate kitchen with all the appliances you will need to self cater, private bathroom and a large lounge / dining room.

Low Season Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the property during your stay
Cancellations more than 8 days prior to booked arrival will not be charged further penalty.
For Cancellations made less than 7 days but more than 48 hours prior to booked arrival, will be charged the 90% balance on the first 2 nights.
For Cancellations made within 48 hours of booked arrival, or shortening of stay or if the guest fails to show, a further 50% of booked stay will be charged.
By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.
