• Extra Adults: Add A$35 per person per night for the use of the sofa bed in a One Bedroom Apartment.
• Infant Cot: Can be provided at an additional cost of A$10/night
• Cleaning: 1 maid service each week is included in the tariff for stays of 7 nights or longer. Additional cleaning ca be provided at an extra cost: A$20/clean.
• Internet: Guest to provide own computer; high speed wireless internet connection available A$20/24 hours or connect through phone line in room, local call charges apply.
• Meals: There is no on-site restaurant or cafe
• Parking: Secure Undercover Parking for one car is available A$25 per day. (limited availability)
• Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers. A public shuttle service can be arranged from the airport after arrival, at approximately A$10 per person. A taxi to this hotel from the airport will cost approximately A$50.
• Check-In: Reception hours are from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm Saturdays, 9am-2pm Sundays. If Check-in is required outside of these hours special arrangements can be made.
• Cancellations: Cancellation within 15 days prior to booked arrival will incur 90% of the first night charged. Cancellations within 14 days proper to booked arrival will incur the full costs of the booked stay charged.

Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

• There will be a non refundable deposit of 10% of the booked stay charged by M-Power Accommodation at the time of booking.
• The remaining 90% cost of the stay will by charged by the Apartments at time of check-in
• If the booking is cancelled more than 15 days prior to booked arrival, the 90% balance of the first night will also be charged
• If the booking is cancelled or shortened within 14 days of booked arrival or the guest fails to show for the booking, then 100% of the booked stay will be forfeited.
• Credit Card Fees: Payments made at the hotel will attract the following Credit Card surcharge: American Express - 3.5%; Visa and Mastercard- $1.65%; No fee for cash payments or EFTPOS. Diners Cards are not accepted.
• By making a booking it is understood you accept these conditions.
• M-Power Accommodation strongly recommends comprehensive Travel Insurance to cover losses due to unforeseen circumstances.
