Optional Extras and Conditions:

• Minimum Stay: A 3 night minimum stay is require to book a Two Bedroom Park View Apartment and a 7 night minimum stay is require to book a Two Bedroom Harbour View and Townhouse Apartments
• A 2 Night minimum stay is required to book a Studio or 1 Bedroom Apartment on Saturday night
• Daily Maid Servicing: for nightly and weekly stays, apartments are serviced daily except Sundays. For stays on the monthly rate, room servicing is weekly.
• Add A$19/night per extra guest over 14 years of age up the maximum occupancy. An Infant's Cot can provided at no further cost.

Booking and Charge and Cancellation Policy:

• A non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation.
• If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of booked arrival or the guest fails to show, the remaining 90% of the booked stay will also be charged.
• By making a booking it is understood that you accept this policy.
