These apartments are all fully furnished and include bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, internal laundry with dryer facilities, TV, VCR, Stereo and reverse cycle air-conditioning. A gym is conveniently located within the building that guests can use daily. There is also a convenience store located next to the building.

Terms and Conditions

Extra Adults: All the above rates are for up to the number of guests shown. For 1 extra guest in each apartment type a rollaway bed can be provided for an extra A$30/night.
Infants: A infant cot can be provided at an addition A$15/night.
Cleaning: Weekly rates include a weekly maid service.
Internet: Guests may arrange their own internet connection during the stay.
Meals: This property does not offer a restaurant or cafe
Parking: No onsite parking available.
Transfers: This property doe not provide airport transfers
Reception Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
Check-In: 2pm
Cancellations: At the time of booking two amounts will be charged to secure the booking.
60% deposit will be charged at time of booking.
10% of this will be charged at time of booking by M-Power and is non-refundable for any reason once charged.
The remaining 50% will be charged by the hotel at time of booking also.
Remaining balance is payable 28 days prior to booked arrival. Should your booking be made within 28 days of booked arrival, 100% of the booking will be charged at time of reservation.
If the booking is cancelled or shortened more than 14 days prior to book arrival, the 50% charge by the hotel will be reversed (10% charged by M-Power remains non-refundable) If the booking is cancelled or shortened less than 14 days prior to booked arrival, the hotel will enforce a 30% cancellation fee, refunding the balance.
The 10% M-Power charge remains non-refundable. Cancellation with 7 days of booked arrival will forfeit the full cost of accommodation booked.
By continuing with the booking, it is understood that you accept these conditions.
Higher rates and different cancellation policy applies to Holiday and Special Events periods.
