  • Check-In: Hotel check-in is usually after 2pm and check-out by 10 am. The hotel cannot guarantee early check-in as the room's availability depends on how full the hotel was on the previous night. Naturally the hotel will do all possible to get you into a room early, but as mentioned, this cannot be guaranteed. The hotel can of course, hold baggage for you if the room is not ready by the time of an early arrival.
  • Reception Hours: Hotel Reception is open from 8am - 10pm Monday to Saturday, and 8am - 9pm on Sunday. Please contact the hotel for instructions to check-in outside of these hours.

New year eve Booking, Charge and cancellation Policy:

  • No arrivals or departures will be accepted on  24th, 25th, 26th & 31st of December or 1st of January.
  • A 10 night minimum applies to stays including 31st December, 2008.
  • A Deposit equal to 20 % of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at the time of booking.
  • A further charge of 30% of the cost of stay will be charged on December 1st, 2008
  • The 50% balance of stay will be payable at check-in.
  • Once charged, the above payments are not refundable if the booking is cancelled or shortened or the guest fails to show for any reason.
  • By making a booking it is understood that you accept this policy.
  • Comprehensive Travel Insurance is recommended to avoid disappointment due to unforseen circumstances.

The Carrington Sydney City Centre Budget Apartments are located in the heart of Sydney's CBD. Just 100 metres from the GPO. It is difficult to find reasonable priced serviced apartment accommodation in Sydney over New Years Eve, more central than this.
