Booking and Cancellation Policy:

• A Non-refundable deposit equal to 60% of the Total Cost of Accommodation at the time of booking.
• This charge will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled after booking.
• The remaining balance of the booked stay will be charged on 31st October, 2011.
• Cancellation or shortening of stay after that time will incur no refunds.

Park Regis Concierge serviced apartments are located in Cremorne, a suburb on the north side of Sydney Harbour. The apartments are located in the Lower North Shore business district which are only 15 minutes from the city centre and close to shops, cafes and nearby to ferry that will take you to the city. Some Park Regis Concierge apartments have views overlooking Sydney Harbour

• Extra Guests: All rates quoted are for up to 2 guests. Add A$30/night for sofa bed use in the One Bedroom. An Infant Cot is available at A$20/night..

• These amounts, once charged are not refundable if your stay is cancelled or shortened for any reason.
• The Balance of the Total Cost of Accommodation is payable to the hotel at time of check-out.

Coogee Sands Apartments offers a wonderful beachside location at Sydney's Coogee Beach -- a relaxed beachside village atmosphere and one of the safest ocean beaches in Sydney

Coogee Beach's bistros, cafes, restaurants and clubs are all within comfortable walking distance from the property and when you feel like getting away, there's the coastal walking tracks that wind along the cliff tops north to Bondi Beach and south to Maroubra Beach.

Sydney's main tourist attractions area easily accessed from Coogee as well as being only 8 kilometres from either Sydney airport and the city's CBD. Public transport only a block or two away.
