Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

• A Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at the time of booking.
• The 90% balance of all nights charged at higher Special Event rate will also be charged at the time of booking.
• Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the date of booked arrival will receive a refund of the 90% charge of nights at higher Special Event rate.
• Cancellation within 30 days of booked arrival date will forfeit both the above charges as a Cancellation Fee.
• The remaining 90% of all other nights (not at higher rate) are payable to the hotel during your stay
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.
• M-Power recommends Travel Insurance to cover losses that arise from cancellation due to unforseen circumstances.
