Quest World Square Serviced Apartments offer very comfortable long stay self contained accommodation right in the heart of Sydney. The recently built apartments form part of World Square complex housing a multitude of shops, galleries, restaurants, hotels, small businesses, offices and residential flats. The hotel is very near to Sydney's entertainment district, Chinatown, Darling Harbour and the Queen Victoria Building to name so notable landmarks. Situated between Central Railway Station and Town Hall Subway Station, the Quest World Square offers serviced and self contained studios and open plan one bedroom apartments. These spacious, modern and fully quipped apartments are most suitable for short stays visiting Sydney, or on that extended business trip to Australia's most vibrant city. Apartments are serviced regularly even for extended stays, all have fully equipped kitchen and internal laundry, private balcony and living area. Limited parking is available and long stay rates can be negotiated.

Long Stay Booking, Charge and cancellation Policy:

A 28 night minimum stay is required to achieve long stay rates.
A non-refundable Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at time of booking.
The cost of the remaining 90% of the first week will be charged at check-in
The balance of stay will be payable weekly in advance.
These amounts, once charged are not refundable if the stay is cancelled or shortened for any reason.
If the stay is shortened to less than 28 nights, the higher nightly rate will be applied retrospectively to nights stayed.
If the booking is cancelled or shortened within 7 days of booked arrival, the cost of the first night; will be charged as a cancellation fee.
This amount is on top of the 10% deposit.
By proceeding with the booking it is understood the above conditions have been accepted.

Optional Extras and Additonal Information

Extra Guest: A$40/night for each additional guest up to the maximum - A$25 pp/pn (for 8 to 27 nights) A$15 pp/pn (for 28+ nights). Infant's cot can be provided at no further charge.
Internet: High speed internet is available and costs approx A$20 /day.
Balcony: All apartments have balconies.
Parking: Limited Car parking is available - A$35 /night based on First come first serve policy.
